As for recent we can happily say we are done Chirstmas shopping. YAY !!!!!!!!!!!
And tis the season for Snow, which yes does make me happy, because it opens up a whole new world of snowboarding and snowmobiling, beautiful scenery and a legitimate reason for people to be terrible drivers.
However I must say Christmas music should be limited on the radio to a one maybe two week span as I absolutely hate all the christmas music especially as it is played on thanksgiving. Somebody please invent some sweet thanksgiving music!!
Anyway here is my rendition of a beautiful morning as I 1) yes actually got up early for work this morning and 2) the first real fluffy white stuff of the season.
(sorry as the megapixels just aren't the best on my Cellular so not a great pic but take it for what you may.)Also I must really just say that I do love this season despite the invasion of christmas music.
Some of the things I oh so love about this season are:
- The sweet lights and interesting designing techniques or lack thereof with said lights.
- Christmas trees, Magical little buggers (what more can i say)
- The Nativity and the real meaning of Christmas
- Also the amazing story of that little christ child and the man he became. Which is the reason for the season.
- Stockings all full of wonderful goodness. (The pic. is another great cell phone shot of my wife's stocking all filled up which truely does say C-mas shopping is officially finito a.k.a. done.)
- And the great anticipation for getting to share an amazing 1st C-mas with my most amazing, unbeleivable awesome wife.
- Also of course the great memories that will be made with my sweet fam (Every last one of them Blood relative or inlaw doesn't matter their amazing family each and every one.)
So in conclusion this is my post above and beyond all posts to this date and will probably be the only one seen for another long while. Sorry. But I must say I am so greatful for all the blessings I have, ya know a great job, getting an education, the fullness of the gospel, my wife, fam, and of course despite the music being played way too much way too early I love this time of year, which is why it is Christ-mas (mas = more in spanish) So wish you all a merry c-mas, cause don't we wish is was more than just once a year.
